Thumbs down Throw out bearing!!

If anybody remembers my throw out bearing took a dump on me when my car reached 100k. I thought it was my clutch but it was the throw out bearing but I went ahead and had a new clutch installed. 2 months later my throw out bearing took a dump on me again. I had to fork the cash over for the install again....fast forward 20k miles and last week I started hearing a squeal/whining sound which I thought was my belt (which I made a thread about)...I know it's my throw out bearing because when I slightly push the clutch pedal the squeal/whine goes away...This is fawking bullshit...what the fawk can I do? The mechanic that installed my clutch is a bad **** and I know workmanship is not the issue. Is there a brand of throw out bearing better than another? I asked him and he said both times he installed an all-metal throw out bearing! This blows!!! I finished paying her off and it's starting to give me problems already!
