Default MODS--Advertising banner

I was just bumping around the "Political" threads and noticed an advertisement banner on the top of the page for John MacCain for president. I'll just say this upfront, I have no issue with John MacCain, but is it appropriate for political ads to be on a mustang website....regardless of the candidate? Do you guys have any control over this or is it something AM controls? Just putting it out there.

its random and its just random generated ads that google uses. It sees key words and places ad's per those. Like right now it shows mustang ones and im sure if i typed chevy or the like its gonna show something about chevys.

Yeah...putting forth the use of nuclear weapons on Iran certainly isn't extreme by any means in this era...

I don't think AM owns this site anymore. Some other company owns it which have no affiliation with AM...

not sure what the rules for internet advertising are, but in radio and television you have to let any candidate buy ads at your lowest rate.
