If I were to put stage 1 NA cams in my car what would the honest power increase be? Sometimes I hear 30 HP and other times I hear it isn't worth it on a basicly stock 2v.

what are we talking about VT stage 1 cams? I have seen dyno's on modular depot of guys getting low 20rwhp gains on those on full bolt on GT's. But i think thats rather rare and you would be more likly to get around 10-15 more rwhp.
