Default power window

Alright, so I was helping my buddy out by jumping his car and in the process something shorted out my driver's side power window. It is stuck down and cannot by rolled up. I changed the fuse, and it is still not working... i think it might be the lift motor, but am not completely sure. When the car is on and i push the "down" switch for the window I hear a clicking sound coming from the fuse box, but when I press the "up" switch I hear nothing. Is it possible the wiring could be fried somewhere between the switch/lift motor and the battery?
