what is port and polish i know lots of people that have it but what is it

Port and Polish is the grinding and polishing of the intake and exhaust ports of your heads to increase airflow and allow more air in.

toss the stock heads, look for a used set of AFR 185's 165's something. DOnt bother with stock they can flow good if ported but do yourself a favor and get a good set of aftermarket heads. There are tons out there for the 5.0L

once again like i always say EBAY is your freind.

the stock heads(89-93) are a good casting. you can p&p then yourself and save alot of money but they will never be as good as a quality set of aftermarket heads. if you do go aftermarket afr on a street car is the best imho.
