Default Drag races

For anyone in Central PA, there is an open drag race day at Beaver Springs at 5pm on Saturday the 12th. I think it will probably cost about $30 to race. It is sponsored by CJ Pony parts. Hope the weather holds out good. I am excited to see what times I can get with my new supercharger.

I will try and post my best slip of the day.

Default some pictures from Beaver Springs

Here are some of the pictures from this weekends drag day.

From a personal side, I was a bit disappointed with my times.

My best time was a 15.3 at 95.05mph. It was hard to get a estimate since I was only one of two V6 cars. But I was having a hard time with traction. So it looks like a T-lok is next add-on.

dang, not to put you down or nuthin' but it shoulda been a lil better then that. i think mildly modified (cai, exhauste, chip) they can hit low-mid 15's...but yea the t-lok will def. help with your traction issues. do you have the stock rims? if so ya might want to look into some wider tires, might help some.

NO problem with the comments. I am actually going to get a used GT rearend after I get back from vacation in June. The mustang place close to home has a 98 Gt rearend, so they also mentioned that I will be able to go to a 10.5" tires. Hopefully that will help me out. After the install and some track times I will let you all know.
