Default 14.5 1/4 Gt

hey i have a 2003 Gt and just went to the strip and ran a 14.5 at 97mph. My car only has an exaust and intake. i also had my heavy 18 inch chrome rims on is this a good time for my car? thanks Brian

Not to bad i ran a 14.2 stock and i have the same year. Whats your time slip look like?

Its about right for a car with heavy stereo and heavy wheels in the summer.

+1. That's why i don't have a system in my car...it's heavy enough.

I take it you have a 5-speed... the last time i ran I hit 13.9xx, and that is in an auto-car w/ side exit exhaust and a CAI.


So I would drop that heavy *** sound system out when you go to the track (if you can without being too much work) and see what you run then... you should easily pick up a few tenths

I ran a 14.00 with my 18s but i don't have a system.
