Default Mach 1 vs Dodge Magnum

Just wondering who would win, I would put money on my car if I had to but idk

Mach 1
335ish torque stock
3.55 rear end gears stock
5spd manual tranny
3600ish pounds

Magnum 5.7l hemi
390 torque stock
gears? i think 2.82 rear end but i dont know if the tranny gears are lower
automatic (5spd?)
4100ish pounds

They are a lot heavier, but more torque? It is pretty fast cuz I've seen it driving around, but I think I'd take it pretty easy. What do you guys think?

You'd ****in SLAUGHTER them. My buddy has one of those and he cant even hang with my GT. i walk him every time, all i got are catback, intake, chip, and 4:10's. I beat em consistantly before i even had my 4:10's installed.

The chargers are even over 4000lbs. im DYING to race one of the daytona's.

big fat ugly slow bitches thats what they are.
Well that's great news. If you can beat one I can beat one (no offense). What's your 1/4 mile time?

A stock GT is faster then the Magnum. The Mach 1 is a whole second faster nearly.

Now sure what would happen from a highway speed roll. The hemi may be able to make it a bit closer.

I currently have a Dodge Charger as a company car and pick up my new Magnum in a few weeks. I can tell you that those cars are sweet to drive and comfortable as hell. They are really terrific to drive.

I loose my company car gig in a few months due to a promotion (I know...sopunds wierd), but am actually thinking of buying one I like it soo much. Seriously, terrific cars!

A stock Magnum runs low to mid 14's, you will walk him. They are pigs, somewhere around 4,300 lbs. There are a bunch of them running around here with huge *** 20" chrome wheels, mostly middle aged **** who think they are badass. My next door neighbor kept telling me he was going to get one and wax my GT, I told him to go right ahead. He is the same douche who thought his Jetta was fast. Here is a quick story about him. The grade school bus stop on our street is my driveway. Stewart (my ghey neighbor) is standing with my wife talking waiting for the bus to pick up the kids. He mentions how his 4 cyl. Jetta is pretty fast and could keep up with my Stang. My wife (who hates my car and my racing) tells him "Dean's car would wipe the floor with your Jetta and so would my Crossfire". She proudly told me of her smack talk at dinner that night, I cracked up. Now to convince her that her Crossfire needs a little hit of nitrous.

Dean, I have been driving quite a few Jettas these days and I can tell you none of them are fast. Nice little cars, but not even quick. Now, the GTI or whatever may have some *****, but I am sure it is no screamer.

I raced one on Sunday and I had him beat until the 1,000ft mark. I will post the video. All i have done to my car is CAI, Flow 40's catback, 4:10 FRPP, SCT Tune, he caught me at the end. won by .5 secs......So if you have more mods then me, then you will win.
