Default 1st 1/8th run

Just got back runnin' my car for the first time at an 1/8th mile track, and I gotta say, I thought I'd do better. 9.2 at 77mph. It's not bad, but I was hoping for high 8's. However there was a Mach 1 there that ran a 9.4 with an x pipe and SLP catback... that made me feel a little better. I think I need sticky tires and 4.10's.

not bad, if you could drop your 60 ft to 1.9 you'd get high 8s easy

That is the best I have run in the 1/8 mile....9.1 @ 77MPH, and a 14.1@ 98mph.....So your doing well.....With 4:10s you may want to add some DR's due to traction....

Well on my bike I run:

1/8 mile: 6.8 @ 112mph

1/4 mile: 10.3 @ 141mph

And that is considered slow!!!!!!!! for a bike that is!!!!!!:wallbash:

Looks good! I agree with csledd drop, your 60 foot into the 1.8's and you will be well into the 8's. Sticky tires would be a big help to you.

some sticky tires and some practice will get you there. keep chopping at it and you will get it.
