Default What's the BBK LT's material used?

I know they're ceramic coated, but will that help from rust and other natural elements that would make it crappy? the SLP's are stainless steel so essentially, they'd last forever. And in comparson, my pypes o/r x-pipe is aluminized steel, so it will eventually rust and crap away so I'll need to replace it when I can. So aside from the ceramic coating, how good is the quality of them? And what does the coating even do for it?

(not an expert) but I am pretty sure it's for heat reasons. The ceramic doesn't get as hot and thus you won't feel the heat on your feet!

I think its aluminized steel, but im not sure. The ceramic coating is just to keep heat down. The less heat the better.

Is there a way you can find out? Or if it's aluminized steel, can you check for how long they tend to last
