Yeah, it'll say "AM" something. I think there is just AMStanger, Jeff|AM, AMNick.
Might be a waste of time since their not responding to anyone.

I would just call them if I were you. They haven't responded to anybodies emails or PMs.

Oh and let them know we're all disappointed that they let our code expire.
