What Products Should MustangTuning.com Carry That They Don't?

Here are a few I am interested in...

H&R Springs (preferably sports)
Bilstein shocks/struts
3:90 Gears
Tires (Nitto,Pirelli,BFGoodwrech, etc.)
Hoods (Cobra R especially)
More Engine Components (Heads, etc.)
Crate Motors (maybe)
Superchargers/Turbo Chargers (possibly)

ill add more once I come up with more...

StangMan04 07-18-2005 08:33 PM

Here are some small additions..

Tools that people may need
Motor Oil and filters and other maintenance parts...

just things to think about

madmatt 07-18-2005 08:34 PM

Raptor shift lights
Maximum motorsports suspension pieces ( that would kinda include the H&R stuff)
autometer gauges

P.S, they have 3.90s dont they? Well, they did at one point anywho.

Shambles 07-18-2005 08:36 PM

We have 3.90's, but not in FRPP...

We just finished the dealer application with Raptor, those lights will be on the way shortly...

Tires we would do but we dont have a mounting machine...not to say its not a bad idea, we have considered it in the past, nor is it a dead idea. Its still brought up here and there in conversation.

MattJ 07-18-2005 08:39 PM

You guys have to realize that tire mounting machines are very costly. They are anywhere from 3500 to 6000 depending on what you get. MT isnt going to scoop up that cost, the cost will be transfered to us, the customers.

Icefreezen 07-18-2005 08:44 PM

Definitely the 3.90's.
Tranny conversion parts or kits.
Bullitt intake manifolds
Racing seats.....not the cheaply made ones either

StangMan04 07-18-2005 08:56 PM

Don't have to have mounting machines, I just want to buy tires and get them mounted locally. If you guys don't supply them then I will just get them from tirerack again, they have good pricing and fast shipping anyway.

cobra4123 07-19-2005 04:52 AM

full length headers...........

madmatt 07-19-2005 05:07 AM

Awesome on the Raptors!!! Oh lord, there goes more money. I could see the tire thing being really hard though, yall seem to have a smaller staff, so thats just a big thing to do, but Id love to see it work out. You could keep all three kinds of DR's. Also some other tires for the fronts too. Thatd be sweet.

Lightning247 07-19-2005 07:26 AM

I would like to see a few things for starters.

H&R Springs
Koni/Tokico/Bilstein/Strange Struts and shocks. Street and Drag applications
Greater variety of wheels - BBK, SSR, etc. Some light weight wheels (those replica wheels weigh a ton)
Maximum motorsports products
Hooker or BBK Longtube headers for 4V (alot of people carry the BBK)
SCT Pro Racer Package
Some type of Wideband/Datalogger: AEM Uego, Innovative LM1, Wideband Commander, Zeitronix etc.
94-98 Saleen body kit pieces and spoilers
Brembo Brake Items (Cobra R Upgrade, Slotted Rotors etc)
Mickey Thompson ET Street Radials
Autometer Gauge Products

Mustangtuning is doing great though. New parts are added nearly every week it seems. The site is constantly being monitored and updated. And now you carry Kirban Adj. FPR's which is Sweeeeeeet.

Just curious though....what happened to the newsletters that went out via E-Mail at the beginning of the year that had KILLER deals on items. I would like to see that again. :)

Philip K.

madmatt 07-19-2005 07:52 AM

Ah yes, the newsletter, I loved that thing, and this time, id prolly put it to use.

Would like to see this hood for 05 mustangs if possible and chin spoilers

madmatt 09-06-2005 12:03 PM

But what if I only want brembo rotors, and not the whole kit...

StangMan04 09-13-2005 09:43 AM

Cleaning Products such as Meguiar's etc. As well maybe microfiber towels (especially the Waffle Towels for drying) Even the quick detailers are good, I use this... http://www.meguiars.com/estore/produ...ectionID=11601 like it is water :D Also since you have oil, maybe Motorcraft oiler filters and maybe Mobil 1 Oil :D

GREG@94GT 09-13-2005 06:13 PM

Thumbs up on the new products showing up on MT's site recently!! Maximum Motorsports stuff is awesome! It's hard to hold back...argh..mo money..

...oh, and how about some Tokico adjustable struts and shocks! Specifically drag struts. :D

MattJ 09-13-2005 07:42 PM

Aww man you guys added bilstein shocks and struts! I cant afford em but I cant give in to buy them. Thats got to be illegal somehow by tempting me.

cobra4123 09-14-2005 05:51 AM

dr's by next year something to fit 17 X 10.5

ColoradoStang 09-15-2005 09:08 PM

congrats to MT, on the new lineup lately, h&R springs will definetely be one of my next purchases, and Maximum motorsports also great choice. :D

Icefreezen 09-23-2005 01:59 AM

Trickflow and BBK upper pleniums, more grill options and mesh inserts, maybe possibly making Mustang Tunings own chin spoilers you guys would make a killing if you sell them under OEM prices. Plus you can call it your own like CDC did.

Beer_farts 09-23-2005 02:29 AM

17x8 chrome rims

WaterDR 09-23-2005 04:32 AM

Something that is clearly missing from the market for late model stangs, is a nice under-hood dress-up kits for wiring and such. The only way to get something like this is to make it yourself. This is something most do not have the skill or knowledge to do.

I bet is MT took the time to have someone design a turn-key kit with color options with everything measured out etc..., it would be a huge hit. MT could buy all the stuff in bulk and would have to assemble, but I bet the margins would be there.

madmatt 09-23-2005 04:43 AM

Great idea MT!

timstpetefl 09-23-2005 05:13 AM

more additions..
