Hey, they took down the Order Status ?'s and SCT pre-order questions part of the forum.

You have to either email sales@mustangtuning.com or call 1.888.STANG.48 or do as I do, email and call. lol...

 

o, ok, I guess I'll have to start doing that. Will they answer the phone on weekends? I don't want to be a pest, but I really want my CAI to come, I already had some smoked fog lights on back order with another site. sigh. o well, it's hard to be patient when u got the mod bug.

No, they won't answer, all you can do is leave a message. I know EXACTLY how you feel lol Imagine giving them the wrong address and having to wait all weekend to fix it. It was torture lol....

If you call Monday morning, they'll take care of you. They did me and it only took 3 days for my parts to get here.

Well, I was gunna give them a call today, but I decided to check my e-mail first, and low and behold, they had sent me a tracking number for my order. I so thought YAY, I'm in VA, they are in PA, so I takes just one day to get here, which based ont eh tracking info, it night have been here today....might have been. The status said "exception" (o crap) and it had a little note on the page where it tells u exactly where the package is (love that) taht said the package was accidently left in a UPS facility, so it only made it as far as Laurel, MD today. O well, today is my Grandpa's (Boompa to our family) B-day anyway, so I wouldn't of had time to install, but still ironic, it was back ordered, AND fro the first time ever UPS messed up on one of my packages. O well.
