Default Fender Emblems

Just ordered a set of the 281 SOHC pony emblems. Anyone have some advice on how to install? Do they come with adhesive?

I'd also love to see some pics if you have any of them installed on a car.

Yea they have the tape on them already.Very simple to install.Just line them up and make sure they are where you want them and then stick them to your car.

Or heat the old emblems up with a hair dryer and slowly peel them off.

Use rubbing alcohol or similar product to remove traces of wax, oils to area you are going to apply to promote better adhesion.

that looks so tacky. I know someone with a 4.6 high performance emblem above the running pony on their Mach one fenders and I hate the look of it. It looks very out of place.

lol. In that case, you might be on to something. That would look very professional. :bash:
