hey i was wondering how hard it is to install the break control package or "line lock" system then you have. does it need to be profesionally installed? Or can someone like me who is "ok" at working on cars install it myself?

You should be able to install it yourself. If you go to mustangforums they have an install guide with pictures in the 4.6L Tech Section.
