help for a 1994 gt

Default help for a 1994 gt

a we had a flood and my 1994 mustang gt 5.0L stalled in the water. i have no water in the oil or in the intake but the motor will not turn i have pulled the spark pulg and their was no water on the piston.

any help would be great thanks

How high was the water level? If you car stalls in a flood better to get out and push then to crank the engine in the water.

Will the motor crank. Using the starter, Or are you saying the starter wont crank the motor?? Pull the coil wire, and see if you can turn the motor either pulling by hand on the belts, or using a socket and wrench on the alternator pully, or crank pully.

you wont be able to Move the crank using the belt. use a socket on the crank pulley and see if the motor is froze or not. If it is you might be able to get away with just pulling all the plugs and putting some oil on top of the pistons let it soak a bit and try to break them free with a socket on the crank bolt. i have done this on Marine engiones in the Florida keys after freinds boats and mine have sunk.

i have all the pulgs out and it will not turn with a socket and 1/2" breaker bar
