whats the best exhaust system to put on a 1995 5.0. i want it to be as loud as the cobras.

I have a 94 5.0 and i used the flowmaster 40 series. And its got a loud bark

there so many choices you could get mac,flows,magnafow,bassini,slp etc....

do you want a deep sound or just loud?

It's tough to replicate a 4 cam grumble with a single cam pushrod motor. 5.0 has a unique sound and the Cobra has it's own sound. The closest you could get IMO is a good X pipe (catted or non-catted, that will make it a little more raspy) and some non-baffled cat back (like the SLP). However, IMO I think 5.0 with a non-catted H pipe, Flowmaster 40s and an X303 cam (or similar duration) has an awesome (and unique) sound.

it also depends on what the cobra had for exhuast. if i wa syou a deep gruble like the old muscle cars comes from a Off road H-pipe and a set of chambered mufflers liek mac,flows etc.... i have pro dumps and an off road h-pipe and it sounds very nice has a deep ruble and just sounds like an old 60's stang i like it alot.
