breaking up under accelleration

i just bought a 1986 mustang gt with the 5.0 ho motor. after about 20 minutes of driving the engine breaks up under hard acceleration.Any help would be appreciated

So when the motor is cold is fine but once it warms up the egine runs liek **** correct?
sounds like an EGR problem to me, are you throwing a check engine light right now?
