Default Help tuning my stang to pass emissions

I have an 89 Mustang 5.0 with GT-40 Heads and E-303 cam with 24 pound injectors, I have an off road H-pipe and really don't want to swap my stock pipe in with the cats for a 2 minute sniffer test. Can anyone recommend optimum fuel pressure, timing, or anything else that can help me breeze through the test. Thanks so much!

Default Emissions suck man!!!!!!

With no cats thats hard to say Because my barely passed and had cats with full exaust all the bolt ons throtle body and maf. My advise if you live in emission friendly state save you self the time and gets some cats. Also I hear that you can buy some fuel additive that will help you pass, and I believe that you can purchase it at any auto parts store.
