Default Vacuum Lines????HELP

Whats up guys,
So i just replace the upper and lower intake manifold on my 91 gt, as well as the throttle body and cold air intake. This is my first time doing work this extensive so i need a little bit of help. I eliminated the EGR so i was just wondering, IF the vacuum line "harness" that connected up to the EGR CAN BE COMPLETELY REMOVED AND BLOCKED OFF? and secondly i was wondering where does the vacuum port that comes out of the throttle body connect to ? i forgot to take a picture. AMATEUR MISTAKE I KNOW. Can someone please help me out?

IIRC You can, however you will have to have someone tune it and turn off the EGR function.

Just plug whatever vacuum lines you don't need and that's it. The EGR uses a ton of lines on the 5L so just cap off what you don't need anymore.
