It kind of all depends on what you buy really. Why are you soo dead set of pullin g the motor out of it? Those 5.0's from the 87-92 are strong mother ****ers. I know a guy local who tried to kill his 91's motor (stock H,C,I just bolt on's and full exhaust) with a 200wet shot. It did over 60 passes on the 200shot and he gave up trying to kill it because he couldnt wait any longer to put in his 408ci windsor.

I mean a H,C,I 302 with spray is a fast s.o.b.

I agree he should use the stock block... and build a nice motor from there...

But go carb'd... lol
