Im changing the fluid in my trans and rear end. its a 95 5.0 5-spd. How much fluid does each one need? i heard it was 3.25 Qts for the trans and 3Qts for the differential. Not sure though. Anyone know?

3 quarts for the tranny and 2 for the rear end, i suggets royal purple products. Also you can put some fricition modifier in the tranny and the rear end for added protection and qurantee no whinning noise, should happen anyways but you never know.

just changed the engine, trans and differential fluilds and what a huge difference. gas mileage went up about 15 miles per tank and the car feels a lot more smooth and deffinetly quicker. would recommend it for everyone.

Get a good repair manual, (i.e. Haynes), it'll tell you EVERYTHING including fluid capacities, torque specs, how to repair's, etc etc etc.
