i hope i helped...

if i were you and i had that car i would make it a drag strip car... i would find a better daily driver... something a little newer or nicer... whether its another mustang or a beater...

money is a big factor though...
depending on where you are from ya might have outrageous insurence costs (like NJ:wallbash: )

i cant really see ya makin 13's w/ that and still having a daily driver....

I repeat do not bore anyting unless you are gonna redo everyting + depending on the miles you would have to bore the cylinder walls out and on the 302's you then encounter thinning the walls a bit. If you want to make your 5.0 faster you must start with getting those anemic heads replaced and going a full header back exhaust. Like greg said you could change your carb, but you dont want to over do it. I can see you running 13's with a street car no problem.

definately dont do a power adder. I would go with some induction mods like heads, intake manifold, and a nice carb with a full exhaust.

A good cam, Do some research but i think you could swap a set of heads from a 69-70 302 and get some compression, thats where the power is. I think 351w heads would even make the swap. If this isnt practical rework the heads, get an intake, cam, carb that will work good together. Mess with the timing you might find some horses in there, longtubes. Your lucky however parts are plentiful and cheap making this project that much easier. Hope I helped

I know a higher compression is better, but not in his case. Hes gonna have to run premium in it being n/a. They make plenty of decent head and intake combos.
