A/C and Fan speed switches...

A/C and Fan speed switches...
OK... Turn the A/c on... nothing happens... compressor doesnt kick in... just does whatever it was doin before...
also... the fans only blow out the dash board vents... feet vents and console vents dont work...
Anyone seen this before?
anyone know something really simple to take a look at?

I have already come to the conclusion that its an electrical problem...
i was askin if any1 knows a simple possible solution... not for links

i know u can read, so read and maybe u can find the answer. without anyone being able to look or no real detail then noone can help u. thats why i thought id help and post links that seem similar to ur problems. if u read thru them maybe ull find an answer.
