I use a golf ball, an extension cord and a pickup to skin deer... I probably should go ahead and shut up now before the bunny huggers trip right out.

I'm all for wearing fur and eating animals, but that's just wrong. I deer hunt every year and skin animals all the time and I couldn't finish watching them. It's not the actual skinning that bother's me; it's the fact that the animals are STILL ALIVE. That's not right. How hard would it be to kill them off quickly? I feel the need to go find something furry and hug it....

a screw it...k here's how you do it:
1 dead deer.. slice down legs, belly, around neck so if the skin weren't attached it'd come off like foot-jammies. Find a tree that you can lodge the deers antlers in, or optionally use a series of nails, tent pegs and extra knives to hold said critters head to the tree. You dont' want him coming loose. Now conventionally peel back some of the skin around the neck so you have enough to wrap your hand up in it at the back of the neck. Wrap up the golf ball in the skin flap ala-burrito. Use the extension cord or a rope to tie the skin shut so the golf ball ends up stuck in it. Tie the other end of the cord/rope to a nearby pickup, prefereably one with a Mack truck style pug dog on the hood and nekkid-chick mudflaps and a 14' CB antennae. It looks cooler that way. Drive away at a steady pace... or floor it. Your choice. I like to start slow and then drop the hammer on it. Makes a unique spray pattern 170deg around the back of the deer. Yes, I'm a bad person. At least the thing was dead first. |

PETA and the ELF, they all need to be taken out back and shot. If you disagree with fur or SUV's thats fine but you don't have the right to destroy others property

I'll admit that is really disgusting and wrong.. but PETA is a bunch of hypocrites. I'm pretty sure fish are filleted alive everyday...and no one says shit.

Man, the disturbing part is where the skinned (whatever it was) is laying in that bin and lifts its head up and looks around.
Yeah..... thats sick, at LEAST put the damn thing out of its misery. |

as far as famous Peta people go....what do these things all have in common. Bentley, Mercedes, Land Rover, or any other high end import...........leather seats!!!! You wont see miss pam anderson rolling around in a malibu any time soon. All these people are fucking BS in a big way. I love animals...especially with butter and a little garlic....

Peta is bullshit in my view. I like the basic ideas but i think they go about it completly the wrong way and are way too fanatical. Yah, i think it is wrong to skin an animal alive, but if it is killed quickly then i really have no issues with it. As for testing on animals, im for it. Sure. I know it is messed up, but it keeps people safe, and people are more important than animals to me. Except my dogs, who are more important to me than any of you. No offence, they are just damn good dogs. And cows are delicious. |

This is an imensely complex issue.
Animals need to be respected, but, they also have a role in the food chain. Man has been using animals since before we discovered fire, but we are supposed to be intelligent, sincere, compassionate beings. Hunting for nurishment is fine and needed. Using animals to perform work for us, is needed. Performing testing on animals needs to be done. However, all of these actions need to take place humanely.
