its kind of hard to imagine a scenario where that cop doesnt go to jail...but if hes that gung ho then i guess i can assume he found a gun on that guy...cause god help him if he did that just to stop the car

The crappy part about it is when the cops "says" he tryed to ram me the "so called law" looks at that as Assault on an Officer. When they can "SAY" he assaulted me then they can shoot to kill if they want. And we all know that if a cops says it it must be true (yeah right). I think that one cop wasy way outta line, as with most of em. I have no respect for cops, none what so ever. I hope that guys family gets a good attorney to see if ANY loophole is open to have that cop fired and sued. Then sue the hell outta the city!

wow...lil hard on "the man" arent ya raheem? actually....use of a vehicle doesnt justify deadly force...its in the deadly force manual

Make sure to tell the dispatcher that that when someone breaks into your house or something and you actually need them.

Oh and next time you get pulled over make sure to tell the officer that as well.

I agree on the "He tried to ram me" part. If the cop car was stopped and the car tried to hit the cop car then yes that'd be "ramming" in my eyes, but both cars were moving so it shouldnt be "ramming." Thats like going to a gun range and going down range while others are shooting and then claiming that they tried to kill you.
