Damn if I ever need a new motor i'm just swaping to a 3 valve. I may not build it like yours but damn thats impressive.

Damn sounds nice, but I am not diggin the red mustang inserts..you should think about getting some SS inserts, and possibly lowering the car. Other then that sweet ride.

Yeah i am going cut the springs one of these weekends, and i like the red inserts its different

thanks man, It definately wasnt fun to blow the engine as you know, but ill tell you it was fun and worth it to do something no one has done in the mustang world.... ohhh and i will definately take care of this baby.

oh and if you guys are wondering about gas mileage, no change at all maybe even better

cams and ported livernois heads and thats 346 on a brand spankin new motor!

maybe later on down the road ill do an exhaust cut out, electric water pump and Underdrive pulleys

quick question, I remember you turned off the variable valve timing stuff, but was that because of the ported livernois heads, or because of the computer? Like... with the same mods on an 05 would it make a bit more power the the VVT?

I believe the VVT gives a more flat torque curve. It keeps the engine up in the powerband so you have torque down low but without sacrificing power up high. Without the VVT you must set the valve timing to a fixed setting.
