If anyone has sound/vid clips of their sixers please post..especially if you have gt take-offs and have swapped the mufflers out...it would be appreciated...(i've been looking for an exhaust i like for 6 months now...:wallbash

i got 3 clips in my sig, click the first two those are my car, and the link is to a bunch of other set ups on 3.8mustang boards ... happy hunting, my set up sounds great, but is much more expensive, if you want cheaper go with Magnaflow, they sound good on 6...and are alot cheaper...

i've heard yours from 3.8's website and they sound nice. I just want a nice deep tone, but still loud. I might do gt take-offs w/ h pipe, mags, hi-flow cats, and LTs...(LTs and hi-flows to deepen sound especially at idle)...

Anyone have this setup on a six? or something similar? I've heard TClarks on here and 3.8...sounds nice..just want more idle sound...

GT's will never sound as good as a aftermarket exhaust... I wish my camera didn't suck at makin videos... then i'd have a better exhaust tone...

Milos has GT take offs, trust me don't go with them, just get the Flowmaster's or Spintech Pro's they're the two best V6 mufflers...

I've heard a lot of flowmasters (mostly orig 40's) and they sound sick when they're idle and very low rpms, but mid-high rpm range they get reeaaalllly raspy...I also read that putting resonators before the muffs would help this...someone is trying this on another mustang and sending me the sound clips..we'll see how it works out...

if you really want a good engine tone, Cam's + LT headers and off road h-pipe with just about any decent catback is guna be your best bet...

The Flowmasters do get a little weak in the higher RPM range, but overall I'm pretty pleased. Let me know what happens with the resonators.

well grimmz...i liked what u were saying there for a second about my exhaust then you had to go and say flowmaster and spintech are the best for a six...DISAGREE!!!

Yea in order to get a nice louder tone for a six...u need more money to invest into the car!! just a catback system alone will not sound amazing on a six...like mine...they give a nice tone but still not loud enough

like I said before...i like flows better at idle, but I like mags better on accel....if these resonators work out and i can get the flowmaster idle and tone down the raspy high rpms then i'll be happy....or if I can get the mags a little louder and rubmlier...

LoL sry bro, i coulda sworn i said Magnaflow... my fault...thats what i ment, I would have NEVER recommended Flowmaster... most of the guyz i've talked to with them don't like them as much as they thought they would, and the ones i've heard in person weren't as good in person either...

I just want to know how to make the mags louder wo/ causing them to lose their tone...I think tclark's sounds pretty good, but i'd like more volume...and if it's a cam...i don't want it to sound like it's having a hard time running at idle...
