Installing Reverse Glow Gauges
I own a 2003 V6 Mustang coup. I bought a
99-up Ford Mustang LX gauge # 7990104642.
I put the overlay in but I have no idea how wire it up!! It came with
Instructions but the pictures are so blurry and I can't seem to understand what its talking about. ( I’ll try and attach the instructions ) For example in # 10 it says; connect all the cords on the panels of electronic cold light dashboard with the cords of starter and all switches and connectors. After that check the power circuits in the central control station.
What are CORDS, What is the starter, and what the heck is the central control station?
It came with a inverter that one end hooks up to the overlay, one black wire, (that goes to a ground) one red wire ( that goes to a hot)
And one wire that has two little pins on the end that I have no idea it goes.
It’s no big deal cause I got it on e-bay for $10.00 but I would like to have it work right.
And last but not least What does the LX stand for???
