hey all,
was wondering if someone could tell me some about the SCT XCalibrators: 1. What is the major difference between the SCT XCalibrator and the SCT XCalibrator 2. I mean, I know there's a window on the second version, but what are the real advantages? Is that the user has very specific control? 2. I know nothing about cars...if I were to purchase an SCT tuner, should I get the XCalibrator (1), not 2? I don't want to tear up my engine! 3. I noticed 3 tunes will fit on the XCalibrator (1). Which 3 would you guys suggest I ask the factory to put on there? (Would I have to reserve one for the factory settings, or can I just do a reset to this?) 4. Is it possible to do something like one tune for going fast and one tune for saving gas, and is it easy to switch between the two? 4. How much is it to go to a dyno place and get them to tune my car? Is this a better or worse idea? (as then I would have no way to reset to factory without going back and paying more) |
