Sounds like a Tick, tick, tick, tick..., and should increase as rpms increase.

i have a strange clicking sound that is heard best after the car is warmed up... from a stop if I start going real slow to make the car move, the click is heard best, then stops once I gas it up quicker... but at idle when warm Its heard too... not sure if its an exhaust leak, but the noise sucks...

If it was an exhaust leak it should get louder and faster as you accelerate and go quiet when you idle.
