Regular or Super gas for 3.6 V6
I have been puting super gas in mustang recently....am i just wasting my money doing this or is there a big difference between super and regular??

We have 3.8l v6's.
Use regular 87 octane, our cars aren't tuned for premium or "super" |
unless you are tuned for it your car might actually run worse
|
wasting money man, it will do nothing.

What about the 4.0 V6? You use Regular correct? I haven't recieved my books yet but I was pretty sure it was Regular?
|
yup the 4.0's use 87 also

Hmm. Im using 93 octane and my car actually runs better. It feels like Im getting all that my sixer is worth, which isnt too much, but I could acutally tell a difference. Or maybe my engine is starting to break in at uhm...120,000 miles. hah.
But yeah. The shit aint cheap. |
