I also want to add a custom intercooler and maybe port the upper and lower intakes to get some of the heat out of their more quickly, but i will not be adding anymore boost.

For a single port car with a vortech i ran 32lb injecters and a 255lph walbro fuel pump. Ran it fine.

As far as intercooling it goes, getting an IC to work with those kits is a pain in the ass! i recconment water injection. go to snowperformance.com (something like that) and check out there stuff, its basically chemical intercooling .. its very cool!

oh and as far as injecters go, check out supersixmotorsports.com they have an injecter calculater

Well i was curious if the fuel pump that came with the vortech would work with say like 30-32lb injectors. Ive heard they are a pain in the ass to install but someone had one for sale a few weeks back made for the vortech kit.
http://www.andersonfordmotorsport.com/mr-freeze.html I have been looking at this right here, but it runs out and is meant mostly for racing. A front mount intercooler would work great for daily drivers. Dan made one i believe.

Dan did have one, and Justin @VMP made them for quite some time, but they were horribly inefficiant. its just the way the head unit is mounted.

Fuel pump +injecters arnt the easyest install. . . but i wouldnt say they are hard.

Ive changed injectors before and i just put in the vortech fuel pump. I just want to get away from the fmu this winter. The intercoolers are really that bad. They have to do a little bit of cooling though. single port intakes store alot of heat.

i personally would go with the snow performance rather then the IC, thats just me.

You can try to get a IC fabbed up if you want.
