Default Recommend 17" Rims for 2000 V6 Stang

I'm lookin for some new rims to replace my 15" factory ones for my 2000 Mustang. What rims would you suggest from Mustang Tuning that won't break my bank?

The car is gold colored, so I want rims that will compliment the color.

I was thinking of

Anthracite Bullitt Wheel (17X9)

They look fairly nice and won't kill my checkbook.

Thoughts?

That might be the only color rim that could possibly compliment your car color. I don't see black nor chrome doing so. Go with the anthracite, I can see if I can find a picture of the gold 'stangs with some different rims.

Actually go to tirerack.com. It lets you pic your car/color and select different color/size rims. Try that.

what about stock bullit rims you can get them for like $250 sometimes with some tires on them. You dont need to spend 1k on rims to have a nice looking stang. Look at Teal Beast. he spent $200 on 5 spoke 17" GT rims with tires and they made his car look 100% better and it was very cheap and there lite (were more into racing then looks) so that was great too.

Are you talking $250 apiece? The rims I'm looking at on Mustang Tuning are $129 apiece.

he is suggesting buying some used 17'' anthractic bullitts from someone...they usually run about 250-400 depending on how good the tires are on them and what condition they are in....but if you want new ones then 1g is about what it will cost with tires.
