Default Prelude Kill...lol

I love these, cuz they always look at you with this yeah **** you i gotta Honda look...lol well neways here goes...

On road home, comin around statium, he pulls up to me at light...
DING! and we're off, theres a sharp right and I gun it all the way around the corner and he's atleast 3 lengths behind me... finally we come up to another light and he goes, what you got in that that...i say intake exhaust... he goes, wow neva knew i could keep up with an 8... LoL i laugh and said nah man this is a 6er...

Ahhhh I love my 6er, get mistaken for an 8 all the time, oh well, i think some of the GT members should donate some mods for my car seemin that I tend to reprent them so often..lol DAMNIT I WANA GO FAST! SLOW POS GRAADDAAAMMINTTT!....

it's alwayz nice making honda kids look stupid, but it's even better when a '97 cobra races you and you beat him and he get mad and wants to see under the hood to beleive it a v6 that beat him.

You serious? LOl thats awsome, I want juice, I think this summer i'm guna do the rest of the bolt ons and then next summer i'll do the full NX kit, MAN i'm soo stoaked!... to actually have a halfway decent car! lol

Grimmz, it's fun having a quick v6 since everyone under-estimates them. I always herd "oh well it's just a v6 they arent quick" then they always thaught when they lost i was on the kit, so we'de race again and i would go on the kit and it made it x3 worse especially a lil v6 getting down on a 100shot.

It's jus crazy how many heads you can turn by making a v6 get nasty!

lol... and yeh...

a mustang is quick... regardless of engine they are quick (well w/ the newer 1's)

indeed a v6 needs a hell of a lot to compete w/ a gt
just as a gt needs alot of work to keep up w/ a cobra

but to say any of them are slow is redarded...
not fast... but they do go...

Yah, i dont consider 3 car lengths Light-to-Light "keeping up" that sounds like it would have been 8-9 car lengths on the 1/4.. LOL

Heh. You should have just stroked his ego, just cause it would cause future embarassment for him.

"Yeah buddy, she is a V8! You sure did hang like a champ, i bet on a good day you could beat my Modded V8!!!!!!"

Then he would feel all cool and stuff. Later down the road he will see a GT and think he could beat it, he would talk smack, put money on the race, lose like a bitch and feel like a fuggin retard. LOL!!!!!!!

There is a guy i work with who has a prelude. We raced an impromtu light to light one day after work. It was Stock GT vs Stock Prelude.

I fuggin killed that prelude. i had probably 5-6 car lengths after 150 feet. LOL.

they are what... 16? 17second cars?

Jack, what year 'Lude was it? i know the 92-95 ones were slow POS, and the 96+ SH model were decently quick, would stick semi close to a stock GT. Mid 14's in the 1/4

just asked him, its a 98.
Yah, i beat the freakin tar out of that thing. we have raced a total of 4 times. He beat me once cause i tried manu-shifting (mines auto) and it took about 6 seconds for the car to shift into 2nd.

after that i just punched it, beat the crap out of him each time, he wont even race anymore.

To his car's defence i guess i better say that this guy is by no means yer typical F&F import jackoff. He is just an ordinary dude i work with who has a qualude (manual) that wanted to try to race my stang
he probably shifted way too early.

I raced another qualude once and beat the tar out of it, but i had begun moddin my car, and i have no freakin idea what year it was.

i hear you on that, but like any honda...if it's stock its slow but you can do simple things such as a VAFC controller (Vtec/air/fuel) and tune it properly and they will get down with an intake and a good driver whos not afraid to see 8K rpms

yeah, idk what ever the latest body style is, but thats the one I raced, back home i've mentioned a bunch of times racing against my boy's g/f and her 96 Prelude SI, she almost kept up with me after putting headers, full exhaust, intake and a couple other things, but now, that i got the exhaust and i know i'd take her...lol the problem is she IS one of thsoe arrogent Honda owners that thinks honda's can beat anything,

she raced a friend of mine in his 400 + rwhp fox body (rebuilt all N/A hp) his car is sick, i think he said he'd broke into the 11's,... neways story goes, they pull up to light, she revs at him, he jokingly rev's back at her and when the light turns green lets just say he was spinning into 4th gear before he finally caught, and she ended up beatin him by barely a car length...ok, so now she thinks she can beat an 11 sec car...lol clearly he was jokin you can FELL the hp just emulate from the damn thing....

a friend of mine here has a red prelude wit a body kit and no rims, and he says oh yeah we should race, it would be a good race...lol I'm like aight bro, i'm cool wit you, but theres NOOOO way, i esspecially after racing with that prelude... oh and did i mention i kept layin off the gas, it wasn't even close...
