Tech info from MM, a good start but still a dot com. From my understanding a PHB helps locate the axel in it's lateral movement. The MM PHB is (as of right now) my next planned suspension mod after LCAs.

I have one... for a stock dual triangulated 4-link style car the PHB really solidifies the feel on the road and helps with keeping the back end stable in turns at or near the limit of traction.
For SOTP feel it's kinda the difference between driving a bowl of jell-o around and driving a steel girder. The PHB is way way more solid feeling.
It WILL complicate your exhaust specifically tailpipe routing. I'd run turndowns if you're planning on a PHB.
