rear suspension for a 92 LX 4banger

I REALLY need some new stuff for the rear of my 92 coupe LX 4cyl.....I can almost compress the driver side rear susp. all the way down!!!! Can V8 stuff work on a 4cyl car? It is kinda curvy and bumpy around here. The car is completely stock so nothing has be upgraded.

Should fit but I don't know if the 4-bager has any effect of weight in the rear so I don't know if it would cause the rear to be raised or lowered.
