What would be good suspension mods for my 96 stang. How do suspension mods help in the 1/4 mile.
mods: 70 mm pleumn,tb,cai,steeda udps,4:10's,and superchip programmer,mac catted h pipe,and magnaflow catback

I think full length subframe connectors and lower control arms would be a good start. The subframe connectors will stiffen the car up and the lower control arms will help get the power to the ground.

Lowering the car will not help your 1/4 mile times, it will help your handling, provided you get all the supporting mods (caster/camber plates, poly bushings, RLCA, matching shocks/struts, etc.).
