Suspension questions...

Kind of a dumb question but here goes....

So I always take this back country road in the wood comin back to my house and I love testin the limits of the car...so i'm constantly upshifting and down shifting with the curves of the road. Yet when i'm downshifting sometimes the car kinda shakes a bit and looses a lil stability. Question is, whats the best improvement for this issue, I only got H&R sports and 275/40's out back. I was thinkin about a sway bar and maybe some other stuff, ne good ideas/ not rediculously expensive ideas...

Subframes would be a nice complement to stiffen things up prices arent too bad make sure you weld them it

Control arms since it sounds like they're flexing a bit. Also, this should in the suspension forum.

I lowered my 99Gt with Eibach Sportlines, later on I need to get an alignment kit to get my camber adjusted. Does anyone think that I am going to need a front end bumpsteer kit... Would it be worth while to get in the long run... I was planning on getting the Steeda Front end Bumpsteer Kit... Need lots of opinions..

With that kind of a drop, yes.

before you go getting one you should actually have your bumpsteer measured. Just slapping a new set of tie rod ends isn't going to fix it unless you know how far out of whack they are.

Still, on general principle yes a bumpsteer kit will probably be needed to eliminate the bulk of the bumpsteer problem. I would be seriously looking at Maximum Motorsports caster camber plates as soon as you can afford them. Makes alignment a lot easier.

A note on bumpsteer: Almost nobody I've ever met could even sense when it was an issue. You have to be hookin it pretty good to know that you're seeing BS problem. I don't think it's worth it for most cars. When you have a full coil over kit and you're ready to take it to the track for serious floggings then the BS kit starts to make sense. I think a panhard bar would be the single best thing for you if you like to take the curves home. It'll really firm up the back end and give it a lot more solid and predictable feel.
