Lowering springs is a simple install that takes about 30 minutes per side if you take your time.

hey steeda21... looks like you're a local to my neck of the woods.
It's pretty easy to do. Apex will put them in for like 150-200 or so not including the alignment. 408-588-0075. Tell chris that r3dn3ck sent you. He'll hook you up.

I double checked with Chris and he said figure 200 bones. They'll always do killer work so I'd take it there and start building a relationship with them. It's always good to get in good with a tuner local to you.
You can ask them if they still have their spring deal going. At one time they had springs+install for less than the cost of most springs.
