The person at the BWC that I talked to said everything is on a 1st come 1st serve basis. He did not offer much more information than that but did say that all their information is listed on their website (listed below).
It is only about an hour or less from Nashville and we could go and be back in no time at all.

Cave Tours, Haunted Hayrides, Psychic Readings, and Concessions
Cabin Tours are From 12:00 Noon til 5:00 PM

I want this to be fun for everyone…so bring the kids along. I have never been to the BWC but it should be a good time for all ages.

Not Sure if Im going to be able to make it, but just thought a few of you might be interested.

Yeah, Im thinkin' I might just stop by Hooters and maybe grab a bite to eat & chill with you guys for a while.

i live in western ky, only 2 hrs from nashville. hooters is allways the first place i go when i come to nashville. i jst bought my first mustang and have been looking for a ride or something similiar to this. is this for anyone or do you have to be a member of group or something? thanks.

Cool if you can make it. I'm about 2 hours away in Jackson, Tn, look for a yellow and black Mach 1 when you get there. I'm not a club member either, but going for the hell of it.
