yes...i take it seriously cause i didnt do anything too him but say flowmasters are not my favorite pic and that my local shop ran test and they lost power compared to some other catbacks

Flowmasters wont make you lose power, either your local shop is filled with dumbasses, or i dont know what. Flowmasters are used on Nascar and several Drag Racing cars. They wont make you lose power.

Did your local shop also tell you not to buy a v8? because they lose power too?

I don't care if Nascar uses them flowmaster consistantly comes in last or towards the bottom in any flow testing that has been done. As far as flow goes I would never get a flowmaster muffler. But then again none of use V8 or 6 have enough power to make a difference.

being realistic, at the end of the day a catback system isnt about building power...its about sound. cant be more than a few HP difference between any of them.
