I put this up on ebay as a joke and take a look at how stupid some people are.....it just amazes me. I clearly state what I am selling. Havent decided on wheather or not I should take there money?

Umm how? he clearly states that it is a box, it might be a bit misleading but certainly not more then usual.

it doesnt matter, I did the exact same thing. In fact, I had even more than he did describing that its just a box. I'll see if I can still lookup the ebay listing. I did it back around xmas

I tried to but they refused. I just created a new username under a different email. The main thing that sucked was my buy/sell reputation was lost

not that big of a loss, ebay is horrible.

Ever wonder why people use auctions to raise money? because your normal Capital free market economy relies on the seller competing for the buyer, this way the buyer tends to win out, or at least has the advantage. On ebay, the buyer competes for the product :dots:

yea forget that place, i forget what it was but its like out of every 10 things you buy on ebay, chanes are at least one of them will be a scam

However, I will say that if he's gone this long without a report, he may just win it. I had the auction right when the 360 was booming at $600 a pop so there were literally a few million people lookin at it per day. Now just maybe a few hundred/thousand. Since he has it this long, I'd say go for it. I was caught in my 2nd day of the auction

maybe the boxes are collectors items..ha ha ha.....when I first read this thread I was really pissed off that you'd consider taking the money, but holy hell it says in bold letters "BOX"! Honestly, I know there are a lot "special" people out there, but don't take the money dude.

And Danny Danny Danny.....Taking advantage of people will not help your quest to make it up stairs when you kick the bucket! Sorry, couldn't help it.

You are contributing to the scam effects of ebay which makes it a bad place for everyone to buy anything from. I think it is wrong what you are doing and if you get banned from ebay you deserve to be...Don't be an A$$hole dude...why would you want people to think or know you are a scam? It is not funny in the least because you are attempting to rip people out of their hard earned money by even thinking about taking it from them. Another thing, if the wrong person buys this and you ship it to them and they get pissed they might track you down and do some harm to you...I know I would if I bought it from you...again dont be an A$$hole!

It sold for a total of 325$. I never knew boxes had such a great price value. lol.....I feel kind of bad for doing it but then gain not really because I clearly stated what I was selling. I think I will charge him for the cost of the auction.

instead of saying the features of the xbox...why not say the features of the box?? Why go out of your way to screw people...I mean...yes..you stated in your one little sentance that you were selling the box (and I wish people COULD read because you would have gotten no where LOL) but you go on to dexcribe the xBox 360 and its features......if in fact you were not trying to screw anybody over...you would have given the l x w x h of the box and BS like that.....
