I don't know if this helps, but here are some general prices.

How bad is it? A fallen cigarette or arson? On both seats, middle, one? Top, bottom?

If you do not use the rear seat you can always get a rear seat delete and save some weight by getting rid of it and the seat belts back there too. Otherwise I would look in the for sale section of mustang sites and see what you can find used.

Also junkyards? I don't see how a rear leather seat could be demolished in a front end collision. Its worth a try.

That leather repair stuff works great on small imperfections...for awhile anyway. If the repair spot is that big, I honestly wouldnt waste a bunch of time trying to fix it, nor pay to have someone else fix it.

you can definetly do a rear seat delete for a vert. i know american muscle sells the kit, but you can just do it yourself too with some upholstery. rear seats are over rated.

you must be really short to be able to put ppl in the back. i'm 6'2" and no one can sit behind me.

I deliberately place items, such as my book bag, behind me so people won't even bother to ask me. Plus, its pretty difficult to depress the clutch when you can only move your ankle...

There are a few online Mustang junkyards.

Prestige Mustang and there is another big too, I just can't remember the name.

You can probably find it cheap there, its worth a phone call.
