Found it last night, had to use it.

And I imagine you could just go get a universal neon kit.

Never thought you would need a box on the rice citation for putting a spoiler on the hood. But i guess so...

No no no, there was soo much added downforce from that second spoiler that it got ripped off the car.

Well.
Wow.
Despite the fact that those ricer citations are extremely hillarious and I want to know where I can find them so I can print them out and use them....Im slightly offended.
But yeah...the neons would still look tight...but it seems the only colors that are legal down here are purple, green, orange...and...white? I dunno. Dont really want those colors on my car.

Neons are not for mustangs and they do not look good on mustangs (or anything) if you like them, get them but you have to remember that you are doing somthing that is crime worthy and no one will agree with you

Actually neons in my opinion arent ricey. The body of my car is completely stock anyways and I plan on keeping it that way, and with neons it wouldnt look bad being stock and all. Hell I may do it just to spite you guys. Oh wait....I guess I could just do something original that noone ever sees on mustangs.....Like get a chin spoiler or something?

Your opinion may be the problem then. We will need to fix that before we can address why neon use on a mustang is not proper.

At the core of "rice-e-ness" is the desire of one who owns a car that has no real appeal or value to have said car draw attention of any kind.

The two main ways that this attention is achived are by the assault on etiher the sense of sight or sound.

We will ignore sound because neons are silent

the sense of sight is the strongest sense of most people thus it is the main medium with which a ricer will attempt to gain attention through body kits, color, schemes, or lights Including neons

Neons scream look at me for no other reason than that I am rapeing your visual cortex
this is why neons are rice as can be deduced by the statements above. They draw attention to things that have no value or appeal

MUSTANGS
are in contrast not rice and should not have things associated with them that are rice because mustangs have appeal and value. Neons, being one such "rice object" should not be placed on or around mustang

exeptions include
Mustang with over 600rwhp because if you have that much power you can do whatever the hell you want

NeedACobra just do us a favor and don't get a Cobra. The V6 stangs are 98% of the time that get turned into rice so we can just mark another one on the board for V6 rice. At least get a set of good looking rims before neon lights...

+1 Me thinks he is a true smart ***

That being said,, neons on a mustang is taking an American classic and turning it into an Asian side dish!
