Default You Know, I Love A Good Film. (AKA; Windex, I Stab At Thee!)

The kind you watch in a movie theater though, not the kind that keeps building up on the inside of my windows. I don't smoke. I keep the windows up when not driving. But I'll be damned if it doesn't look like I'm driving through clouds all the time. First, any one know what the hell the build up is? Second, seeing as I can waste half a bottle of Windex and a whole roll of paper towels, to have windows that only stay clear for a couple of days, any ideas on how to really clean that **** off?

Man, I have no idea, as I have not ever had that problem.

However, I did some Googlin' and found these sites:

http://answers.yahoo.com/question/in...7212038AA7x6Bm

Hope that helps you out a little.

Also, I love the 'Windex, I stab at thee' part of the subject. That definitely made me laugh.

seems alot of people where mentioning using Vingegar, I would dilute it with water and see if that helps.

- Vinegar is also great for shining pipes and metals too

The cloudiness you see on the inside of the windshield is from the dash out gassing. What you need to do is properly protect your dash, then clean your windshield. I recommend 1z Cockpit Premium or 1z vinyl rubber care and protectant “Tiefenpfleger”.
