Unhappy Rear Bumper - BooBoo!

I managed to back the car up last night, and when doing so I didnt pay attention enough to notice the light post and cement base to it and scratch the passenger side of the rear bumper, I am hoping I can just wet sand it and hand buff it out. Thankfully it didnt make a dent into the bumper or anything of the body of the car, I had thought I just bumped back into one of those cement parking things to stop you when parking...but not the case!

And of course the mood for the evening w/ my girl wasnt too well after that, we exchange some words and that was about the extent of the evening conversations there! So not a good night for me!

So anybody had to do this before, I would post a picture but dont have one right now, maybe tonight I can grab one....I was thinking about doing 800/1000/2000 grit and go with the PlastX as used for the head lights method?

Its not real bad at all, just needs some TLC I think...I hope!

smooooooth haha. That sucks though at least you didn't hit it hard enough to dent it. Worst comes to worst is you get part of the rear bumper painted. Just gotta look at it as it will be a TON cheaper than buying a new bumper and getting it painted.
