Default my headlights problem *grr*

ok well my headlights look like **** on an average day ( headlights have moisture in em and look fogged and etc.). but whenever it rains they clear up and look in A+ shape. wtf? how can i get them to stay like that all the time? can i just take them out and clean the inside of em? and seal them good and put em back in?

The answer is yes. If you've got crap on the outside then you should already know what to do. Ive posted the link in the other thread which you posted in.
