Can you use the pony already on your grille instead of using the one that comes with most kits? I'm wondering because I have an opportunity to buy one without a pony for a great price.

I just installed my Mach 1 delete kit and I looked at the stock pony from the stock grill and you would have to fab your own mounting bracket for it...not worth the time and expense IMO. MT sells the whole 3pc kit for 75 bucks...go woth that and save yourself time and frustration.
