Hey all,
I'm interested in getting "HID-like" headlamps for my '01 GT. Does anyone have experience with: 1) the new Sylvania white bulbs ($50/pair) 2) HID conversion kits 3) Any other manufacturers? I was interested in cost, where to purchase, and pictures of them in action. Any help would be appreciated! :helpsmili - Sam |

The mustang headlights arent good for real HID kits. HID kits should only be used with projector style headlamps. The light has to be focused better because theres so much light. If you put real HIDs in your stock headlights then you will blind other drivers. It will be so bright because HIDs produce so much more light and its not focused well. Those projector headlights look "ricy" though. I think the best way to go is PIAA. You can get them off E-Bay for cheaper prolly. You can also just go to any performance shop. Talk to the local ricers.....theylle know where u can find them.
